Alberto Trabucchi participates, as a speaker, in the annual seminar organized by ABI, ABI Servizi and ABI Formazione entitled “The balance sheet of banks: news, impacts and prospects”, which will be held on 22 and 23 November 2022 in mixed mode: at the Scuderie di Palazzo Altieri in Rome and at SpazioPola in Milan as well as in a virtual classroom.
The Seminar examines the novelties in the field of financial statements in the evolution of the regulatory framework, analyzes the accounting aspects relevant to the preparation of the same as well as the key aspects to be illustrated in the management report. The second day of work focuses instead on tax bonuses, on the experience of banks after the regulatory changes and the documents of practice published in 2022, as well as on the IRES and IRAP treatment of the correction of accounting errors.
The report by Alberto Trabucchi and Ivan Guerci, scheduled at the end of the second day of work, is dedicated to the deepening of the new tax regime for the correction of accounting errors: the scope of application and functioning of the new discipline are investigated and some particular cases are described.
