Mr. Mattioli graduated in Business and Economics from the University of Bologna in 1991; he has been a member of the Register of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Bologna since 1996 and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.
He carries out his professional activity in the field of national and international taxation for medium and large companies, listed companies (IAS-adopter) too.
He has been a member of the Commission “International Taxation” of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Bologna; he is often asked to act as speaker and moderator in seminars and conferences, in Italy and abroad.
He is author of numerous articles published in specialist magazines.
Mr. Peirolo graduated in Business and Economics at the University of Torino, top of his class, cum laude and publication recommended.
He has been a member of the Register of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Torino since 2002.
He carries out his professional activity mainly focused on issues relating to VAT which also includes dealings with the Revenue Agency, pre-litigation and litigation.
He is a consultant for the Foreign Center for the Internationalization of Piedmont (Ceipiemonte), a member of the Fiscal Committee of the Confédération Fiscale Européenne (CFE), a lecturer in some university Masters and specialization schools (including the IPSOA Tax Master and the National Administration School), speaker in specialization courses, conferences and seminars promoted by local professional associations and training companies, author and co-author of numerous monographs and collective works and numerous articles in in-depth study of VAT.
