Raffaella graduate in Economics at the University of Turin, she is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and the Register of Statutory Auditors.

She provides tax advisory services, focusing primarily on direct taxation and international tax matters, to medium and large companies within multinational groups. She has developed extensive experience in the taxation of banks, financial entities and asset management.

Stefania graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Turin in 1998. She is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin and the Register of Legal Auditors since 2003.

Stefania mainly deals with corporate taxation and accounting and management issues related to the financial statements of industrial companies and non-commercial entities, as well as tax and real estate issues relating to Italian resident physical persons and the tax issues of expatriates.

Laura graduated with a degree in Economics from the Turin University in 2005. She has been a member of the Register of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Turin since 2009, and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2010.

She specialized in advisory on company law, corporate tax and financial statements areas serving a wide range of clients, working for both national and multinational companies.

In 2010 Nicola obtained a master’s degree in professional consulting for companies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Bari. In 2011 he obtained the license to practice as a chartered accountant and auditor. He is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin and in the Register of Auditors since 2012.

He mainly deals with direct and indirect taxation and has acquired significant experience also in the field of bank taxation and other financial intermediaries.

Edoardo graduated in Finance at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and in International Management at the University of Turin in 2010. He has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin since 2018.

He mainly deals with international taxation and has acquired significant experience in the field of transfer pricing, patent boxes and issues related to IP valuation.
