Partner in the Firm, he provides assistance and advice in tax matters to companies, both Italian and foreign, mainly large, entities and individuals.

He has extensive experience in the field of tax litigation before the Courts of Tax Justice and the Court of Cassation in the field of national, EU and international taxation, also with regard to issues of pre-eminent relevance and complexity, in assisting taxpayers in tax audits and audits, assessments, procedures for the settlement of tax disputes (adhesion, conciliation and other deflationary procedures) and regularization generally (e.g. voluntary disclosure). He is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher courts (e.g. Constitutional Court).

With reference to his consultancy activities, he mainly deals with domestic and international taxation, taxation of corporations, banks, financial instruments, extraordinary transactions, international taxation and corporate matters. He assists taxpayers in the context of the ruling, in the field of cooperative compliance, for the purpose of preparing an adequate Tax Control Framework and preliminary discussions with the tax offices for the purpose of accessing the regime, and in the field of benefits and Patent Boxes.

Lorenzo graduated with a degree in Law , with distinction, from the University of Naples “Federico II” in 2007 and obtained a Master’s degree from Il Sole 24 Ore in 2011. He is a member of the Naples Bar Association.

He participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences on tax matters and is the author of articles published in specialized magazines and newspapers.
