Equity partner in the firm, Gennaro, having a particular specialization on issues of corporate taxation (both of subjects OIC adopter and of subjects IAS / IFRS adopter) and international taxation, provides consulting and assistance in the corporate and tax field, mainly provided in favor of joint-stock companies belonging to multinational groups.

This activity is carried out with reference to issues of an ordinary nature – concerning the direct and indirect taxation of companies – and of an extraordinary nature – linked to corporate reorganization operations (national and international) or to changes in the shareholding structure (acquisitions and sales).

His areas of expertise are international taxation and transfer pricing within multinational groups (preparation of studies, policies and national documentation of companies belonging to numerous Italian and foreign groups). In this context, he participated, as a speaker, in conferences on issues of international taxation, transfer pricing and patent box.

From 1997 to 1999 he carried out his activities as tax consultant at Studio di Consulenza Legale e Tributaria, a professional association of chartered accountants and lawyers, Italian member firm of Ernst & Young Worldwide (Milan).

From 1999 to 2009 he carried out his activities as tax consultant at Studio di Consulenza Legale e Tributaria, a professional association of chartered accountants and lawyers, Italian member firm of the Arthur Andersen / Andersen Legal networks (until 2002) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (since 2002) for services in legal and tax matters, then merged into the Studio Tributario e Societario (Italian member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu).

From 2009 to 2017 he carried out his activities at Studio Barolo Farmesio Gambaruto e Associati, as founding partner of the Firm. From 2017 to 2019 he has been partner in BGR & Partners.

Graduated in Business and Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Turin, with distinction, he is a member of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants for the Districts of Turin and the Register of Statutory Auditors

He is, and has been, member of the board of auditors of various companies belonging to Italian and multinational groups, operating in different sectors.
