Partner in the firm, Raffaele assists Italian and foreign large-sized corporations in the field of indirect domestic and international taxation, providing advice, in particular, on value added tax.

Previously, he carried out his activities in the Tax Policy Area of Confindustria, dealing with all issues of interest to associated companies relating to indirect taxation, and in particular, value added tax (2008 – 2017) and, before that, at the Verona office of KStudio Associato, connected to the KPMG network (2006-2008), dealing with the same tax issues.

Raffaele graduated with a degree in Economy and Law, at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Padua in 2005; he obtained the IPSOA Master’s degree specializing in “Corporate Tax Law” in 2011. He is a member of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Rome and the Register of Statutory Auditors.

He is a member of the VAT Commission of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Rome and he has been member (2012 – 2019) of the VAT Expert Group at the European Commission to contribute to the development and implementation of European Union policies on VAT.

He is the author of numerous articles published in specialized magazines and he carries out teaching activities in specialization courses organized by leading Italian universities.
